The Next Generation Telecommunications Research Program (NGRG) was formed in 2024 to:
(1) oversee the Open RAN Laboratory operations and management,
(2) oversee the Open RAN scholars, and
(3) develop research and extension programs involving the Open RAN Laboratory.
